Vilfred Pareto a French Economist of the previous century developed a theory which implied that 80% of the revenues in a society are generated by 20% of the people; the rest are directly or indirectly dependent on it. To what extent this theory and this ratio was useful at any time in practical analysis of economies or their improvement is just fickle HISTORY; But the business people who create economies have been more ingenious in utilizing this ratio in numerous applications of business management. The uses of this ratio range from Time management through business negotiation and upto general usage of the brain by an average active human.
